ULA SOFT LTD ("we") operates Solo Router and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Account: your Google name, email address and profile picture.
• Billing: top-up amounts and Stripe references. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
• Usage metadata: for each request: time, model, token counts, cost, status and latency, used for billing, abuse prevention and support.
• Cookies: one session cookie to keep you signed in.

What we don't store

We do not store your prompts or the model outputs. They pass through our servers to the inference provider and back. Our inference provider (DigitalOcean) states that it does not retain inputs or outputs for third-party models or use them for training.

• DigitalOcean (hosting, database and model inference)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (sign-in)
• Amazon Web Services SES (transactional email)

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as required by UK tax law (generally 6 years). Usage metadata is kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
